INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM OVERVIEW:
An Intensive Outpatient Program or IOP is a specific type of mental health treatment for eating disorders limited to 3.5 hours/day that combines several types of individual services, such as psychotherapy, nutrition, and group education/ process groups 3 – 7 days/week, depending on the needs of each individual.
‘AI PONO KAMUELA IOP INCLUDES:
Afternoon programs from 3:30-7:15 pm including chef prepared dinner with staff support.

Process Groups
Art Therapy
Addictions
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Food & Feelings
Life Skills
Codependency
Use of metaphor and storytelling
Therapeutic Movement/ Yoga
