Intensive Outpatient Program Overview:

An Intensive Outpatient Program or IOP is a specific type of mental health treatment for eating disorders limited to 3.5 hours/day that combines several types of individual services, such as psychotherapy, nutrition, and group education 3 – 7 days/week, depending on the needs of each individual.
 

‘Ai Pono Maui IOP Group Sessions Include:

Afternoon programs from 3:30-7:15 pm including chef prepared dinner with staff support.

  • Cognitive Therapy

  • Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

  • Emotional Process Work

  • Individualized Nutritional Therapy

  • Life Skills
