The staff of the Anorexia & Bulimia Center of Hawaii offer frequent workshops and speaking engagements for schools, professional organizations, and the general public. Public Presentations and Community Outreach

ABC Free Educational Presentations
The Anorexia and Bulimia Center of Hawaii provides free educational workshops for middle, high-school, and college-age classes. The presentations focus on identifying eating disorders and the components of a healthy body image. The presenters also address the impact of the media on body image beliefs and indicators for emotional eating, food restriction, or compulsive exercise. Participants are also provided with helpful advice on ways to assist friends or family who are struggling with disordered eating.
